This page explains how to request deletion of your Cento account and the data associated with it. Cento is published by Funcode SRL.

Delete your account in the app

If you can sign in to Cento, this is the fastest way:

1. Open Cento and go to Settings.
2. Under Household & account, open Your account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Tap OK in the confirmation dialog. Your account and cloud data are erased immediately and you are signed out.

Delete your account by email

If you cannot access the app (for example you are signed out or have lost access to your device), email contact@funcode.ro from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your account identity (your Google sign-in record / Firebase Authentication user).
• Your cloud data: expenses, categories, people and transfers stored in the cloud.
• Your household data: if you are the last remaining member, the shared household and all of its data are erased; otherwise your membership is removed from it.
• All data stored locally on your device is removed when you delete the account in the app.

What is kept

• Subscription & purchase history is retained by Google Play under Google's own policies; we do not control this data.
• Anonymous, non-identifying analytics events collected before deletion (only if you had opted in to analytics) may persist in aggregate; they are not linked to your identity.

We do not keep your server-side account data after deletion and there is no additional retention period for it.
