These Terms govern your use of the Cento app, provided by Funcode SRL, Eugen Ionescu, Cluj-Napoca, Romania (fiscal code CUI/CIF RO31945144, Trade Register no. J12/2104/01.07.2013). By using Cento you accept these Terms.
Cento is a personal daily-expense tracker. Core tracking works offline and without an account. Optional Premium features add shared-household cloud sync and AI receipt scanning.
Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play. Your subscription renews until cancelled. You manage, cancel, or request refunds through your Google Play account, subject to Google Play's terms.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Cento is a tracking tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. Any totals, projections, or "invest" features are informational; decisions are your own.
AI receipt scanning is best-effort and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review the extracted values before saving. We are not liable for errors in scanned data.
Scanning is subject to fair use. Every account, including Premium, has a daily ceiling on the number of receipts it can scan, so that one account cannot exhaust the shared service. The current ceiling is shown in the app, and we may adjust it to keep the service running for everyone. Free accounts additionally get a limited number of scans in total before Premium is required.
Cento and its content are owned by Funcode SRL. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funcode SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for any loss of data.
We may update these Terms; continued use after a new effective date means you accept them.
